Pole Fitness classes are all 1 hour duration, and incorporate a full warm-up and warm-down to avoid injury.

Private lessons can be held concurrently to any session as we have a dedicated private space.
If you cannot attend a class, please ensure you let us know so we can let another student take this vacancy.

5:30 Levels 3 & 4
7:30 Linear Salsa (outside class run by Amanda High)
Friday:
7:00 Ballet for real people Saturday:
9:30 Levels 1 & 2
10:30 Mixed level session (90 minutes, Levels 2, 3 and 4)
12:00 Mixed level session (90 minutes, Levels 3 upwards)
1:30 Vertical strength (60 minutes of intense strength work with Julz Darroch) Email us to book into any of our classes.
