Pole Fitness classes are all 1 hour duration, and incorporate a full warm-up and warm-down to avoid injury. 

This is our current timetable.
Private lessons can be held concurrently to any session as we have a dedicated private space.
If you cannot attend a class, please ensure you let us know so we can let another student take this vacancy
.


From 4 January 2012 our timetable will be:


Monday:
5:30   Level 1
6:30   Levels 3 & 4
7:30   Levels 1 & 2

Tuesday:
5:30   Levels 4 & 5
6:30   Free Intro Class (YES, FREE!!! Just drop in)
7:30   Levels
2, 3 & 4

Wednesday:
5:30   Levels 1 & 2
6:30   Levels 2, 3 & 4


Thursday:
5:30   Levels 3 & 4
7:30   Linear Salsa (outside class run by Amanda High)

Friday
:
7:00   Ballet for real people


Saturday:
9:30   Levels 1 & 2
10:30 Mixed level session (90 minutes, Levels 2, 3 and 4)
12:00 Mixed level session (90 minutes
, Levels 3 upwards)
1:30   Vertical strength (60 minutes of intense strength work with Julz Darroch)
